Lightning Protector #1.

| The "caps" over the fuses on some Western Electric line protectors are painted white. I am no expert, but I am guessing the paint indicates some information for the installer. In my limited experience, the only paint color on these "caps" that I have seen is white. Does any member know the reason? Were there any other colors used? |
