Submarine Copper/Fibre Cables

| Some have seen my search for cables for the museum on the list serve. Tomorrow, I am going to view the following two cables. On the left is a piece of cable hooked by Marenco Engineering as they buries a new Electrical cable off the coast of Maine some years ago. It is long enough that they are going to give me a section. On the right is a piece of the submarine cable buried from Tormentine to New Brunswick. Sadle, the piece they have is too short to cut.... |
