Oddball Centurion Payphone Mod

| This is an oddball modification to a Centurion Payphone. This board, made by NE with part number P0523364 was used to replace the front portion of the coin relay, and plugs in to the chassis where the original coin relay plugged in. Any ideas as to its purpose? |
