Connecting Block Cover

I would like to acquire two of these connecting blocks with covers. i have only this one cover. They need to be as nice as possible as they will be part of a working display. I believe the terminal piece has ten terminals, 5 on each side of the center. These were most often used with Bell System desksets with line cords exceeding four wires like 410 sets. One block to go with this cover and another complete unit would suffice. Thanks very much.
