Help Identifing this!

| I need help identifing this telephone item. It appears to be some type of lamp holder. The base is a Western Electric '15 base. The socket is for 130V AC. Appears to be factory made, not just some jury rigged item. If you know what this is. please let me know. TIA Wally |
